We are seeking an Senior Designer in our Broomfield, CO or London locations.

Quantinuum is seeking a Senior Designer to help elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of visual communications across the company’s marketing and corporate storytelling. Reporting to the VP, Brand and Communications, this role will partner across brand, product marketing, campaigns, executive communications, investor relations, digital, and customer marketing to bring complex ideas to life through clear, compelling design.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a highly versatile designer who is equally comfortable working on executive presentations, campaign assets, customer stories, digital content and print material7, motion graphics, and high-visibility corporate materials. The ideal candidate combines strong creative judgment with exceptional craft and the ability to translate deep-tech and enterprise subject matter into polished, audience-ready visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development and Execution

  • Design high-quality visual assets across campaign, corporate, executive, investor, and content marketing initiatives
  • Translate messaging and content into clear, compelling creative for digital, print, presentation, editorial, and event-related formats
  • Develop assets such as presentations, reports, one-pagers, customer stories, infographics, digital and print ads, email graphics, social visuals, and event materials
  • Create motion graphics and provide light video editing support for marketing, communications, and internal initiatives
  • Develop UX/UI design for web experiences, collaborate with developers and manage design handoff

Brand Consistency and Visual Systems

  • Apply Quantinuum’s brand standards with consistency and strong creative judgment across touchpoints
  • Build and refine reusable templates and visual systems that improve efficiency, quality, and cohesion across the organization
  • Maintain scalable design systems across web, presentation, and marketing channels, and strong file organization and asset management practices to support team-wide usability and efficiency
  • Contribute to the overall elevation of brand expression across owned and paid channels

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Brand and Communications, Product and Vertical Marketing, Demand and Campaigns, Executive Content, Website, Investor Relations, and Customer Advocacy teams
  • Support the visual packaging of technical, customer, and executive-facing content in ways that are accessible, credible, and visually strong
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and occasional external vendors to deliver work on time and at a high standard

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 6+ years experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, or a related creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital, campaign, presentation, and corporate communications work

WE VALUE:

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and expert-level presentation design skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote
  • Experience with motion graphics, light video editing, and creative development across multiple content formats
  • Proficiency with 3D modeling for both static and motion-based visual assets
  • Experience in UX/UI design including wireframing and prototyping for web experiences
  • Experience preparing files for production across digital and print, asset optimization, and vendor specifications
  • Ability to simplify complex, technical, and enterprise-oriented subject matter into engaging visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail, creative judgment, and ability to work efficiently across multiple priorities
  • Ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback and performance data (e.g., campaign metrics, A/B testing) into iterative design improvements
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise technology, deep-tech, or similarly complex categories strongly preferred
  • Background in corporate brand and communications environments preferred
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities while maintaining high design standards
$92,000 - $115,000 a year

Compensation & Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $92000 – $115000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
