We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Engineer in our Germany, Munich office. 

In this role you will be developing and managing detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for complex, multi-faceted technical Quantum R&D programs. This will include managing major subcontractors to get on-time delivery of needed technologies or hardware, leading regular status meetings and project reviews 
You will ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership. 
It will be your responsibility to manage the execution of annual plans throughout the year by working with technical, program management, and finance teams. You will do this by coordinating and gathering requirements, drafting statements of work, and conducting full evaluations of potential new projects.

YOU MUST HAVE:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 5 years experience in technical program management

WE VALUE

    • Masters degree in a STEM field
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle including managing risk and budget
    • Resourcefulness and the ability to predict challenges to proactively head-off obstacles
    • Experience working with remote or international teams
    • An interest or experience in Quantum Computing
