We are seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Specialist near our Minneapolis, MN Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans including goals, tasks, scope, deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Budget and Schedule Control: Monitor project cost and schedule to identify potential risks or issues and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Participate in ISC Operations project review meetings to coordinate project activities, tasks, and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed. Lead project meetings, communicate progress updates, and facilitate decision-making to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, status updates, and documentation of key decisions or changes. Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership to track progress, identify trends, and assess project health.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties as necessary.
- Ability to Travel up to 25%
YOU MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma/GED Minimum
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in project management
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident or green card holder

- PMP or CAPM or equivalent certification.
- Experience working facilities and/or footprint related projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making with a proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
Compensation & Benefits:
Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
Estimated Salary Wage: $75,000 - $85,000 Annually
