We are seeking a Sr. Technical Project Engineer in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs
    • Organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams
    • Lead regular status meetings, project reviews to determine progress and risks, and end-of-task retrospectives
    • Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership
    • Manage execution of annual plan through the year by working with technical, program management and finance teams
    • Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies.
    • Improve on program management process for budgeting, planning, milestone and schedule tracking, risk management, change tracking, and lessons learned

YOU MUST HAVE:

    • Bachelor’s degree minimum
    • Minimum 5 years experience in technical program management
    • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident or green card holder

WE VALUE:

    • Masters degree in a STEM field
    • A background in quantum computing, optics and photonics, or experimental physics
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle including managing risk and budget
    • Resourcefulness and the ability to predict challenges to proactively head-off obstacles
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
    • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
$104,000 - $130,000 a year
Compensation & Benefits:
Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
Estimated Salary Wage: $116,000 - $145,000 Annually
