Lead Executive Assistant - 953
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Lead Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Quantinuum. This role is responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, facilitating communications, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, have experience of working with boards of directors, and be able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, global, fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, materials, and follow-up actions – including Board and Board committee meetings
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
- Support preparation for leadership meetings, board meetings, and executive presentations.
Travel & Meeting Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
- Manage travel-related expenses and timely expense report submissions.
- Coordinate executive offsites, leadership meetings, town halls, and company events.
- Ensure smooth execution of meetings through effective logistics planning and stakeholder communication.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives; serving as a way-maker and ambassador of the organization both internally and externally
- Draft, edit, and manage executive communications, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Exercise sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration and information flow.
Project & Operational Support
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects by tracking milestones, coordinating activities, and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain action item trackers and follow up on commitments from leadership meetings.
- Assist with organizational planning, reporting, and administrative processes.
- Develop and improve administrative procedures to enhance executive effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams to support organizational objectives.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and company-wide programs.
- Contribute to a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide backup support to other administrative professionals as needed.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced business environment with the appropriate sense of urgency.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target.
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
