We are seeking a Sr. Facilities Technician in our Broomfield, CO Location.
 
All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test.
 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspect, operate, and maintain physical facility infrastructure, equipment, systems, and utilities.
    • Operate, maintain, repair and troubleshooting of the building equipment and machinery, including HVAC, liquefaction production equipment and other systems to ensure a safe environment.
    • Accurately record and report work performed.
    • Hands-on operation of cryogenic production equipment including system start up, operations, shutdown, dewar transfers and compressor monitoring.
    • Schedule downtimes for construction and mechanical support of systems that maintain site operations by establishing appropriate communication process with key stakeholders.
    • Partner with HSE team to drive all HSE protocols and policies across the organization.
    • Maintain and manage our Preventive Maintenance schedule by ensuring all actions (PMs, audits, inspections, etc.) are done on time and recorded appropriately.
    • General production duties include filling out maintenance and production logs, tracking spreadsheets, and associated data entry.
    • Co-lead facilities work order management system to ensure actions are completed on time and per scope. Regularly communicate the progress to the leadership and requesters. 
    • On-site contractor and vendor management and site project coordination.
    • Perform other duties as necessary.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends with limited notice.
    • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

YOU MUST HAVE:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields: engineering, energy, specialty gas, mechanical contractor, facility management, contractor management
    • Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Quantinuum. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
