We are seeking a Sr. Facilities Technician in our Broomfield, CO Location.
All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, operate, and maintain physical facility infrastructure, equipment, systems, and utilities.
- Operate, maintain, repair and troubleshooting of the building equipment and machinery, including HVAC, liquefaction production equipment and other systems to ensure a safe environment.
- Accurately record and report work performed.
- Hands-on operation of cryogenic production equipment including system start up, operations, shutdown, dewar transfers and compressor monitoring.
- Schedule downtimes for construction and mechanical support of systems that maintain site operations by establishing appropriate communication process with key stakeholders.
- Partner with HSE team to drive all HSE protocols and policies across the organization.
- Maintain and manage our Preventive Maintenance schedule by ensuring all actions (PMs, audits, inspections, etc.) are done on time and recorded appropriately.
- General production duties include filling out maintenance and production logs, tracking spreadsheets, and associated data entry.
- Co-lead facilities work order management system to ensure actions are completed on time and per scope. Regularly communicate the progress to the leadership and requesters.
- On-site contractor and vendor management and site project coordination.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends with limited notice.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields: engineering, energy, specialty gas, mechanical contractor, facility management, contractor management
