We are seeking a Procurement Manager in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI processes, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance processes.
    • Procurement activities including purchase order placement, monitoring delivery of services and materials to ensure timely receipt for initiatives across the company 
    • Coordinate with cross functional teams to establish well-defined Statements of Work
    • Lead deployment and implementation of procurement initiatives and systemic continuous improvements including deployment of additional modules of SAP S4 to support MRP, and supporting Smartsheet workflows
    • Responsible to proactively resolve effectively and timely supplier performance issues 
    • Mature Procurement policies procedures, process improvements to ensure compliance to requirements. Implement process controls, continued updating standard work for all Procurement roles and responsibilities
    • Build and foster relationships with key suppliers throughout all levels of personnel process 
    • Responsible for the supplier performance metrics review and reporting process including on time delivery, PO acknowledgement past due performance.
    • Manage performance of direct reports

YOU MUST HAVE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
    • Minimum 2+ years managing direct reports
    • Due to U.S. export control laws, must be a U.S. citizen 

WE VAULE:

    • Effective manager with direct reports, and demonstrated strong leadership skills, Interpersonal communication, collaborative, and engaging behaviors
    • Experience with deployment of MRP in SAP systems
    • Working knowledge of data quality, cleansing and validation
    • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage priorities and workflow
    • Proven experience with R&D, manufacturing/business process development and improvement
    • High bias for action with creative problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, Power Point and Smartsheet
    • Desire to work in a fast pace, engaging and rewarding environment
    • Excellent written and communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of leadership
    • Detail and action oriented, ability to delineate information into manageable components
