Competitive Designer (F/H/NB)

To support the development of our Competitive project, we are recruiting our Competitive Designer.
Reporting to our Lead Game Economy and Monetization Design, you will be responsible for building the competitive frame of our game.
Those responsibilities include:
- Own the design of competitive game modes and its ecosystem
- Own game matchmaking
- Maintain integrity of owned features over time
- Work closely with Core gameplay team, creating a healthy collaboration between domains of Core gameplay and Competitive
- Contribute to grand vision of the game in all its aspects
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer
- Proven experience in matchmaking and ranked modes balancing
- Data-driven approach in decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, ability to stand your ground and rationalize your concepts
- Ability to work on time with strict deadlines
- Deep strategy game experience as a player
- Ability to work in English-speaking environment
Nice to have skills:
- Deep passion for competitive games
- Background in Math/Statistics
