Tasks
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and overall satisfaction;
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional features and services, contributing to company growth;
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, through continuous support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every stage;
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and provide comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and business development;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and results-driven, with a strong ability to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty;
- Proficiency in both English and Thai is required;
- Ability to collaborate across teams and align strategies to improve the customer experience.
