About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking a talented Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic Research and Development team (R&D). Our team specializes in creating innovative solutions in the field of financial instruments and plays a key role in developing new products and implementing new technologies and tools in our company's software development process.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with developers to communicate issues, provide feedback, and verify fixes;
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure optimal performance and functionality across different platforms and devices;
- Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records of testing activities;
- Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on potential quality issues and ensure testability of new features.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in testing mobile and web applications;
- Understanding of the basic principles of client-server applications;
- Proficiency in traffic sniffers such as Charles/Proxyman/Fiddler;
- Experience in API services testing and using related tools, such as Postman;
- Good experience with version control systems (Git);
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques;
- Understanding protocols: HTTP, WS;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- At least B2 in Russian and English.
