We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Conversion Sales Agent who’s ready to do more than just scan LinkedIn. You’ll uncover hidden talent, build outstanding sourcing pipelines, and turn data-driven insights into high-quality hires — all while keeping speed, precision, and candidate experience at the core.
Tasks:
- Proactively initiate contact with new leads via phone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to convert them into active traders.
- Identify client needs and provide guidance throughout the account setup and onboarding process.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions using CRM tools.
- Deliver clear, comprehensive financial and product information to clients.
- Collaborate closely with retention teams to ensure aligned and effective conversion strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting daily productivity targets (minimum 30 qualifying calls per day).
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of trading platforms or financial markets is considered an asset.
- Availability to work full-time.
