We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Affiliate Management Platform. This platform is essential for managing and paying our affiliate partners efficiently. Our goal is to create the best affiliate program product in the market, driven by a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing and traffic acquisition, preferably from industries such as casino, betting, trading, and other fintech niches. They should be well-versed in tracking, attribution, and remarketing, and familiar with various affiliate models such as CPA, revenue share, and hybrid offers. Additionally, the candidate should possess a strong technical background to collaborate effectively with our development team.

Tasks

    • Lead the development and enhancement of our Affiliate Management Platform to create the best affiliate program product in the market;
    • Implement a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring the platform meets and exceeds affiliate needs;
    • Understand and implement various traffic acquisition strategies, tracking, and attribution methods;
    • Develop and optimize commission models to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability;
    • Monitor and analyze traffic quality, ensuring high standards are maintained;
    • Represent and present statistics effectively to meet affiliates' needs;
    • Ensure timely and accurate payments to affiliate partners;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, growth, and engineering, to align product development with user needs;
    • Actively perform discovery cycles and research to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities;
    • Work closely with the Head of Affiliates and Affiliate Managers to ensure effective collaboration and alignment;
    • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, creating and maintaining a clear product roadmap;
    • Conduct user interviews, UX tests, focus groups, and analyze feedback to enhance the user experience;
    • Launch A/B tests and other experiments to drive feature retention and product improvements.

Requirements

    • Proven experience in product management, particularly in the fintech, casino, betting, or trading industries;
    • In-depth understanding of marketing, traffic acquisition, tracking, attribution, and remarketing;
    • Familiarity with affiliate models such as CPA, revenue share, and hybrid offers;
    • Strong analytical skills to monitor traffic quality and optimize performance;
    • Technical proficiency to work effectively with development teams;
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
    • Experience in conducting user research and leveraging insights for product improvements;
    • Ability to actively perform discovery cycles and research;
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
    • Proficiency in English is required;
    • Fluency in Russian is mandatory;
    • Effective collaboration skills with the Head of Affiliates and Affiliate Managers.
