About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating high-quality content, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
Tasks
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals;
- Conduct market research and analyze audience insights to optimize campaigns and engagement;
- Plan and create engaging, high-quality content tailored for each platform;
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and team members to ensure brand consistency;
- Analyze social media metrics and create detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI;
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness;
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices;
- Experiment with innovative content formats and strategies to enhance audience engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (1-3 years);
- Experience in affiliate marketing and trading is an advantage;
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok);
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite);
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools;
- Creativity and attention to detail;
- English proficiency (C1-C2 level) is required;
- Additional language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian are a plus.
