About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We're looking for a talented BI Analyst to join our Analytical Platform team. In this role, you'll play a key part in building and optimizing our data reporting infrastructure, creating insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the company. Tasks:
- Create and manage dashboards in Tableau and Metabase to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data marts for reporting by creating ETL pipelines and DBT models .
- Ensure the reliability and fault tolerance of the reporting systems within BI tools.
- Administrate and optimize resources in Tableau and Metabase for efficient usage and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data services and reporting solutions.
- Provide stakeholders with accurate and insightful business data to support strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Advanced SQL knowledge (including window functions, query optimization, array methods, and working with JSON).
- Expertise in Tableau and Metabase.
- Proficiency in Airflow, DBT, and Python for data pipeline and modeling tasks.
- Experience with Data Structures and GIT for version control and collaborative projects.
- Strong critical thinking for solving complex data problems.
- Ability to work with stakeholders diplomatically, showing strong diplomacy in communication.
- Advanced knowledges of Russian language.
- B1-B2 level proficiency for communication and collaboration in English Language.
