About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our platform in the Philippines.
Tasks:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates and key industry players in the Philippines;
- Develop and execute strategies to improve affiliate performance and expand market presence;
- Oversee affiliate agreements and ensure mutual growth and satisfaction;
- Generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets through effective affiliate management;
- Provide insights into local market trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in Business Development or Affiliate Management within the i-Gaming sector, with a proven track record of achieving results;
- Professional proficiency in English (at least B2 level);
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline will be considerate as an advantage.
