We are seeking an experienced IB Business Developer based in Thailand to join our team. This role focuses on building and expanding our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), traders, partners, and affiliates. This individual will play a critical role in driving client acquisition and expanding our presence in the market through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing efforts.

 

·       Identify, approach, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), traders, and partners within Thailand and the surrounding regions;

·       Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with IBs to ensure their ongoing success and commitment;

·       Implement and manage offline marketing strategies, including events, seminars, and local advertising campaigns, to attract new IBs and affiliates;

·       Oversee the development of affiliate relationships and local partnerships to increase market reach and brand presence;

·       Plan and execute marketing initiatives tailored to the Thai market, ensuring cultural relevance and effective engagement;

·       Utilize a solid understanding of Forex trading to communicate effectively with potential partners and clients, providing them with valuable insights and support;

·       Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to position the brand as a leader in the industry.

·       Based in Thailand with deep knowledge of the local market and IB landscape;

·       Proven experience in IB recruitment, affiliate marketing, or business development within the Forex/financial industry;

·       Hands-on experience in Forex trading, with a solid understanding of market dynamics;

·       Fluency in English and Thai language;

·       Ability to connect with industry stakeholders, traders, and potential partners to build a reliable network.
