About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive SMM Specialist to help build the voice of our brands: IQ Option and Exnova. You’ll work with content around company news, partnerships, and global events—rather than technical trading topics—while driving engagement across Instagram, X, and Telegram.
Tasks:
- Develop monthly content plans covering posts, reels, collaborations, giveaways, and other activities aimed at achieving targets in views, engagement, and monetization.
- Prepare content for each planned event, including creatives, copy, and scripts for videos/reels. Coordinate with an external design agency by providing clear and structured design briefs.
- Analyze performance results, monitor key metrics, and adjust the content plan to ensure goals are met.
- Identify opportunities for improvement by tracking social media trends, monitoring partner activities, and proposing new collaboration ideas to strengthen our media presence.
- Proven experience in managing social media channels (Instagram, X, Telegram) for brands or large communities.
- Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and creating briefs for designers and video editors.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Awareness of social media trends and best practices, with a proactive approach to finding new content and collaboration opportunities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a feel for engaging, event-driven content.
- English proficiency - at least B2.
