About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Tasks:
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools
- Promote company products and services to high-value clients
- Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
- Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Thai
- Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development
- High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
