About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Product Owner to join our team.
Tasks
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring tasks align with business goals, user requests, and technical constraints;
- Regularly update the product backlog by collecting and analyzing requirements;
- Coordinate and align work with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, designers, and analysts;
- Set tasks, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication between all participants in the development process;
- Define key success metrics (KRs) to evaluate product value and performance;
- Assess the impact of new features on both users and the business, using data to confirm the achievement of planned objectives;
- Analyze release results and implement improvements based on gathered insights.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager;
- Strong understanding of the product development process stages;
- Technical background and ability to engage effectively with development teams;
- Ability to collaborate with the team to create and enhance the product;
- Understanding of business processes and project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
- Proficiency in basic project management tools (requirements gathering, Gantt charts, backlog management, technical specification writing, project documentation);
- High degree of autonomy and commitment to transparency in work;
- Ability to build trusting and collaborative working relationships;
- Strong organizational skills: sends agendas before meetings and follow-ups afterward;
- Clear and concise communicator, both in writing and speaking, with the ability to adjust communication style based on context;
- Proficient in visualizing information, formatting text, and presenting graphs and figures meaningfully in presentations;
- Excellent skills in effective communication, presenting information in a simple and accessible manner.
