About the Team

Currently we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Operator. As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries.

Work Schedule: 2/2 rotation (2 days on, 2 days off), alternating between two shifts:
Day shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (GMT+3)
Night shift: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (GMT+3)

Tasks:

    • Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls);
    • Provide accurate information about the products of the company;
    • Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;
    • Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager;
    • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

    • Fluency in Spanish and English languages both written and verbal;
    • Previous experience on a similar position would be considerate as an advantage;
    • Customer focus personality;
    • Great communication and analytical skills.
