We are Quadcode, a leading fintech company specializing in financial brokerage and offering cutting-edge financial products to a global customer base. Our primary offering is an in-house trading platform, provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other financial brokers. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in CFD/FX trading by building strategic partnerships. This role will also involve onboarding new partners to IQOption.
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and managing IB & affiliate partnerships;
- Attend industry events to build relationships and represent the company;
- Collaborate with new influencers, including YouTube and TikTok vloggers, to enhance our brand visibility;
- Manage all aspects of partnership and affiliate programs from start to finish;
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the forex industry;
- Strong understanding of partnerships, affiliate marketing, and sales;
- An educational background in Business Administration, E-commerce, or Sales is preferred;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Thai is required;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners (IBs, Affiliates and Influencers) to boost engagement and loyalty.
