As our Leveraged Products Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IQ Option's CFD marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will also have a chance to build and lead a team of talented professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with IQ Option's overall business goals;
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and email marketing;
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI;
- Lead the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns;
- Analyze marketing data and insights to inform strategic decision-making;
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3 years of work experience in marketing for a broker with CFDs on Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, etc;
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for Partners (IBs, affiliates, influencers) and traders;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
- Proficiency in English and Russian at a minimum of B2 level
