About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for an IB & Affiliate Manager to join our team and help grow our partner network across key markets, including the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Search and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms in your region
- Support partners through activation and ongoing work
- Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot models
- Monitor partner performance and optimize results
- Assist in negotiations and deal closure
- Identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- From 2 years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD
- Understanding of regulated broker operations
- Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
