About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are searching for a talented Senior Go Developer to join our Cloud Development team.
The team is engaged in infrastructure development. Our main product facilitates the creation of over 3000 virtual machines monthly in AWS and OpenStack clouds, streamlining software development and testing processes within the company. Our service handles more than 1 million requests per second, and its performance directly impacts the functionality of our trading platform. Additionally, we develop a transport system that includes our own implementations of data bus, WebSocket, and API-GW. Furthermore, the team advocates for routine automation and creates various tools used by other teams. Working on this project allows you to delve deeper into clouds and Kubernetes.

CI/CD: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Gitlab, Flux;

Monitoring: Grafana, Graylog, Jaeger;
Message broker: custom-built data bus.
Our team consists of C++ Developer, QA Automation Engineer, and a Team Lead who also writes code.
You will engage in daily meetings (12-00 GMT+3), sprint planning (every 2 weeks), retrospective meetings, and quarterly planning. Communication will be facilitated via Target Process for task tracking and Slack for real-time messaging. Code repository - GitLab for collaborative development.
Main responsibility: Developing new microservices to facilitate the transition to a new open-source BFF transport, as well as supporting existing microservices and performing refactoring tasks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Golang development;
- Proficiency in microservices development (at least 3 years of experience);
- Proficiency in SQL databases (at least 3 years of experience);
- Understanding of system architecture principles;
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and containerization;
- Experience with monitoring systems;
- Ability to solve problems effectively and make decisions under time constraints.
- English proficiency at B1 level (ability to read technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues);
- Fluent in Russian.
Nice to have
- Knowledge in C++ and PHP;
- Experience working with high-load systems;
- Knowledge in k8s, Helm, Flux;
- Experience with public cloud platforms.
