About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial planning and analysis function: driving reporting quality, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with teams across the business to ensure financial clarity and efficiency.
Tasks:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports including consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)
- Build and deliver presentations and financial performance dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders
- Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide meaningful commentary to support reporting and drive business efficiency
- Analyze costs by line item and cost center; develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies
- Prepare and review journal entries for management reporting purposes
- Build and maintain dashboards in BI tools in close collaboration with the Data Analytics team
- Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and automation initiatives
- Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure data accuracy and consistency between management and statutory reporting
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support for management requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar FP&A role
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and IFRS standards
- Advanced Excel skills: complex financial models, pivot tables, formulas, and automation
- Proficiency in PowerPoint: ability to create clear, visually structured management presentations
- Experience with BI tools: dashboard development and ability to guide data analysts
- English B2 or above: confident in business correspondence and documentation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Priority, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to have:
- Professional qualification or active pursuit of ACCA / CIMA
- Background in international fintech companies
