We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are a trading platform with a wide range of tools. Native mobile apps are the primary way traders interact with our product.What’s already in place:

- Product Managers responsible for discovery and prioritization
- established architectural decisions
This role is focused on execution.You are not responsible for defining what to build.You are responsible for ensuring that product value reaches users without loss, delays, or surprises.If you are looking for a full-cycle PM role (discovery → strategy → roadmap), this is not it.

- dependencies between PM / Design / Dev / Analytics are not always transparent
- release cycles are not fully predictable
- A/B experiments require stronger operational discipline
We are looking for someone who will:
- take full ownership of delivery coordination end-to-end
- reduce blockers and manual overhead
- improve time-to-market for iOS and Android
Tasks:
- Own the mobile delivery backlog — decide what goes into development and in what order, within agreed product priorities;
- Drive features from spec to production: oversee development, QA, release, and impact measurement end to end;
- Prepare and launch A/B experiments: configure feature flags, validate tracking, coordinate with PM, analytics, and engineering;
- Make iOS and Android release cycles predictable and reduce operational dependencies;
- Surface risks and blockers early; challenge decisions that impact delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product or delivery roles, 2+ years working with native mobile apps;
- Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play release cycles, mobile QA, and platform constraints;
- Hands-on experience launching A/B experiments, configuring feature flags, and validating data correctness;
- Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day work;
- Ability to quickly visualize solutions using Figma or no-code tools;
- Working proficiency in English for documentation and communication;
- Experience in fintech, trading, or regulated environments is a plus.
