About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative (Arabic) to focus on customer retention and conversion as we expand our presence in the Arabic market. This is a new role, and you will play a key part in strengthening relationships with existing clients and enhancing customer engagement.

Our ideal candidate is already located in Cyprus, fluent in both Arabic and English, and has experience in Forex or iGaming. The role involves selling our trading platform in the Arabic market, with a strong focus on client calls, as well as emails, client meetings, and collaboration with the team.

Tasks

    • Prospect and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
    • Present and promote company products/services to Arabic-speaking clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
    • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. 

Requirements

    • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
