About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
As a Senior Sales Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our platform by acquiring and supporting B2B clients. You’ll work directly with clients in various geos, providing expert advice, personalized support, and solutions to enhance their experience.
Tasks:
- Prospect and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings;
- Present and promote company products/services to B2B clients;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers;
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions;
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals;
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries;
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Strong sales background in B2B fintech or related industries;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and identify growth opportunities;
- Fluency in English (C1), Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus.
