About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for an experienced Head of VIP Sales with a strong background in the trading / fintech industry and proven experience working with high-net-worth clients (VIPs, Whales, Blue Whales).
Tasks:
- Lead and manage a team working with premium and high-value clients;
- Drive revenue growth, client retention, and long-term client value;
- Build and optimize VIP sales processes and client management workflows;
- Define clear KPIs and incentive models for the VIP team;
- Oversee work with top-tier clients and ensure a high-quality, relationship-driven approach;
- Organize and support offline VIP events and premium client activities.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in the trading / brokerage / fintech industry;
- Hands-on experience working with VIP and high-net-worth clients;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Ability to structure processes, set KPIs, and take ownership of results;
- Strategic mindset combined with a practical, execution-focused approach.
