About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.


A team of top 1% industry experts in fintech. For the past three years, we have been building and successfully scaling an innovative SaaS B2B product. We are actively expanding and looking for a strong Sales Team Lead to drive growth. Tasks

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, driving the team towards exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives;
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate existing markets and expand into new ones, focusing on B2B sales channels;
    • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the sales team;
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance individual and team performance;
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals;
    • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction;
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales processes.

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Team Lead or Sales Department Head in a B2B or B2C environment;
    • At least B1 in Russian and C1 in English are mandatory;
    • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth;
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly in the context of complex products and high-value transactions;
    • Prior experience in the fintech industry is highly preferred;
    • Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS products and navigating B2B and B2C sales environments;
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
