We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Designer to join our fast-growing fintech company.
Tasks:
- Research and analysis of user needs;
- Development and testing of design concepts;
- Iterative improvement and optimization of design;
Task: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, problems, and motivations. This includes collaborating with an external team to organize these activities;
Goal: Identify key user needs and issues that the product should address to ensure high user satisfaction and enhance the user experience. This also includes building a Customer Journey Map with metrics to understand key growth points;
Task: Create design concepts, including visual layouts, prototypes, and design systems, that address identified user needs. This also includes selecting color schemes, typography, interface styles, and controls;
Goal: Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that facilitate user interaction with the product and contribute to achieving business goals;
Task: Conduct user tests of developed prototypes and interfaces to collect feedback. Analyze the collected data and feedback to identify problems and areas for improvement. Iteratively make changes to the design based on the collected data and retest to validate the effectiveness of the changes;
Goal: Continuously improve the user experience and product interface to meet and exceed user expectations, as well as to remove any obstacles to achieving user goals.
Requirements:
- Confirmed experience in a similar position for more than 3 years;
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages;
- Proficiency in design tools: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Jira:
- Ability to create high-quality designs and prototypes;
- Effective use of design communication tools and collaboration with the development team;
- Prototyping;
- Creating interactive prototypes to validate concepts with users and stakeholders;
- Using prototypes to gather feedback and improve design solutions.
- Responsive design;
- Developing interfaces adapted for various devices and screen sizes;
- Understanding the impact of design on user experience in different usage contexts;
- Development and evolution of design system;
- Creating and maintaining a design system to ensure consistency and accelerate development;
- Scalability and adaptability of the design system for various products and platforms;
- User research;
- Planning and conducting research to identify user needs;
- Analyzing results to inform design decisions.
