One of our key business units is IQ Option — a globally recognized financial broker, known for its innovative online trading platform. Founded in 2013, IQ Option has become one of the leading platforms in online trading, operating in more than 13 languages and offering access to Forex, CFDs, and Options.
We are currently looking for a motivated and client-oriented VIP Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team.
Tasks:
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with VIP clients via phone and digital channels;
- Provide personalized support and promptly resolve VIP client inquiries and requests;
- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction;
- Identify clients who meet VIP criteria (deposits, trading volume, activity level) and support their transition to VIP status;
- Proactively engage non-VIP clients and encourage account upgrades;
- Develop customized strategies to reactivate inactive or low-activity clients;
- Monitor client activity and provide tailored recommendations based on trading behavior;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system;
- Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
- Fluency in Russian, and English;
- Previous experience in client relationship management within financial markets, trading, or fintech;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent listening skills and customer-focused mindset;
- Proactive, positive, and results-oriented attitude;
- Confidence in interacting with high-value clients;
- Ability to work with numerical and financial data accurately;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
