About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Currently we are seeking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Operator. Being part of the team you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries.

Hours of service: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm (GMT+3), Monday - Friday.

Tasks:

    • Answer customer inquiries via various channels;
    • Provide accurate information about the products of the company;
    • Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;
    • Maintain and update the company`s system.

Requirements:

    • Fluency in Portuguese and English languages both written and verbal;
    • Previous experience on a similar position would be considerate as an advantage;
    • Customer focus personality;
    • Great communication and analytical skills.
