OVERVIEW

As a Cyber Specialist, you will be part of the Cyber team and responsible for delivering the advisory and assurance projects for the Prosus businesses.

The Cyber Team sits within Risk and Audit (R&A) and provides cyber related services that range from traditional controls testing, risk assessments, cyber crisis simulations, pen-testing, long-term APT simulations, red teaming exercises, as well as reviews focusing on DevOps, data, and cloud architecture in complex businesses.

You will deliver on both technology and cyber security related projects. This is a full-time global role, including up to 50% global travel. You will be based in our Amsterdam (Zuidas) office in the Netherlands.

WHAT ARE THE ROLE OUTPUTS AND ITEMS TO ACTION?

You support our businesses with managing their cyber and technology risks, and improving business processes.
You suggest ways to improve and provide constructive suggestions to help management achieve their technology objectives, particularly around, data lakes, cloud infrastructure and devops.

EXPERIENCE WE BELIEVE WOULD CONTRIBUTE TO SUCCESS

You are a professional with a proven background in cyber security and technology risk.
Experience in cloud or data technologies.
You have 3-7 years of experience.
You are a ‘technology savvy person’ and you have a mindset to challenge decisions and opinions. You enjoy the nitty gritty of technology.
you know your way around code, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. You hone your technical skills by applying them in your own projects.
You have an entrepreneurial mind-set and you’ve seen small start-ups as well as large and mature IT organisations.
You understand how to balance risk and control.
You understand the limitations that certifications such as CISA, CISM, CEH and CISSP have.
You are on top of your game, and IT holds no secrets for you. You are not afraid to deep dive. You are eager to learn, and you adapt quickly.
