The Opportunity

We're rethinking how our company should be structured when AI agents can hold real responsibilities. Not as a side project — as the operating model.

We need you to help design and build that.

This isn't about deploying ChatGPT enterprise licenses and calling it transformation. This is about fundamentally reimagining how work gets done when some of your teammates aren't human. It's about designing org structures that make sense in 2026, not 1995. And it's about building, testing, and deploying these systems across different companies, countries, and businesses in our global portfolio.

This is not a consulting role. You'll own outcomes, not slide decks.

What You’ll Do

  • Research how humans and AI agents should work together in practice, not in theory. Use data — statistical models, behavioral analysis, real usage patterns — to understand how people actually work, not just how they say they work.

  • Design the organizational structures, workflows, and systems that make human-AI collaboration real. This means rethinking team structures, decision rights, process flows, and even what a "team" looks like when some members aren't human.

  • Build real workflows and agent systems that replace real work. Not demos for the executive team. Actual production systems that ship value.

  • Test everything. Run experiments. Measure what works. Iterate. Build confidence in the data before you scale.

  • Deploy across Prosus and our portfolio companies. Take what works in one context and adapt it across different businesses, markets, and cultures. Scale the learnings.

Who You Are

  • You've already built things with Claude, GPT-4, or similar. Not demos. Real workflows that replaced real work.

  • You think org charts are a design problem, and most companies are solving it with 1990s assumptions.

  • You can write a research memo on Monday and ship a working agent on Friday. You're as comfortable with analysis as you are with execution.

  • HR and People Ops don't bore you. You see them as the most under-engineered systems in any company — and you're excited to fix that.

  • You've used statistical models — XGBoost, survival analysis, clustering — to understand how people actually work, not just how they say they work.

  • You have opinions about what a "team" looks like when some members aren't human. But you hold those opinions loosely — they're hypotheses, not identity.

  • You're frustrated that most "AI transformation" is just ChatGPT wrappers with a strategy deck on top.

  • You code. Not as a hobby. As a core tool for thinking.

  • Someone pushing back on your ideas makes your thinking sharper, not your defenses higher. You can walk into a room of skeptics, make a rational case, and change minds — without needing to win.

  • You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by building new systems from the ground up in complex, global organizations.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in transformation, product, engineering, or innovation roles at technology companies (global experience a plus)
  • You ship AI systems — agents, workflows, automation — that deliver real business value, not just POCs
  • Technical chops — you code, run statistical models, and speak engineer
  • HR/People Ops fluency — you understand organizational design, people operations, and how work environments actually function
  • Master influencer — you've led cross-functional initiatives, navigated skepticism, and built buy-in from engineers to executives
  • Change leadership — you've transformed how teams work in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Nice to have – hands-on experience with agentic AI, LLMs, or cutting-edge AI in production
