Join us as an AI Enablement and Product Specialist and become the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real business transformation. You'll shape how our global organization of 90+ companies discovers, understands, and harnesses the power of AI to revolutionize their work. This is a unique dual role where you'll split your time between:
- AI Education: Designing immersive learning experiences that turn AI skeptics into AI champions through hands-on workshops, hackathons, and training programs
- Product Development: Contributing directly to Toqan, our agentic workforce platform where any employee can build and run any AI solution to automate their work.
Based in Amsterdam with hybrid flexibility, you'll report to our Product Lead and have the creative freedom to build our AI enablement strategy from scratch. Your impact will be immediately visible – from the "aha!" moments in your training sessions to the product features that emerge from your user insights.
This isn't just about teaching AI – it's about democratizing it. You'll be empowering thousands of employees across multiple continents to solve real problems with AI agents and tools, while simultaneously shaping the platform that makes it all possible.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver training programs on AI agents, tools, and use cases
- Run webinars and workshops explaining how AI solves business problems
- Organize and facilitate hackathons and hands-on learning events
- Create enablement materials and documentation
- Explain how agents work, how they use tools, and how to apply them to real problems
- Stay current on AI developments and translate them into practical guidance
- Interact with users and stakeholders and collect product requirements and feedback, suggest user journey improvements
- Help rollout and test early features
What You Bring
- 4-5 years of experience in enablement, training, technical education, or related field
- Hands-on experience using and understanding large language models (LLMs) and AI agents
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience organizing events and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and drive programs end-to-end
- Experience building simple AI demos or prototypes (preferred)
- Background in product education or developer advocacy (preferred)
- Experience running hackathons or similar hands-on learning events (preferred)
