To help fuel that growth, we need a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team.
This team is the beating heart of Prima.
You’ll be joining over 300 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from source systems to analytics-ready datasets
- Model and transform data to support consistent, reusable business metrics
- Automate Tableau assets and workflows using the Tableau REST API
- Own BI assets end-to-end: data models, dashboards, documentation, and data quality checks
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of dashboards through validation and quality checks
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering
- Strong SQL and Python skills and experience with analytical data modeling
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau/ PowerBI
- Experience working with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
- Understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and version-controlled analytics workflows - experience with dbt, Argo is a plus
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with the Tableau REST API
- Familiarity with metric stores or semantic layers
- Exposure to data quality or observability practices
