What you will be doing

    • You'll be at the forefront of client interactions by initiating phone calls, engaging in video-calls and email conversations. Your expertise in managing various communication channels will be pivotal in maintaining strong, open dialogues with our clients.
    • Meet and exceed performance expectations by developing mutually beneficial long term relationships with provided portfolio of corporate clients
    • In-depth understanding of each client’s business model and their transactional activity, simultaneously reflecting opportunities for their business growth with Finom
    • Deliver seamless service to the dedicated accounts by sharing professional knowledge of Finom banking products and services
    • Assist other account managers when needed, in an effort to exceed customer expectations
    • Maintain accurate, clear, and updated data for all assigned customers in Salesforce and other Finom platforms
    • Monitor the competitive landscape and stay educated on the new developments in payments

Who you are

    • At least 1 year of customer support, sales or account management experience
    • Knowledge of Salesforce, Miro, Notion, Intercom, Metabase, PowerBI and other platforms is beneficial
    • Act with a "start up" mentality, with a clear focus on striving for improvements
    • Exceptional customer service skills and a highly motivated, dynamic personality
    • Knowledge of all basic Microsoft Office programs
    • Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills
    • Previous fintech portfolio management is desirable but not essential
    • A sense of humor and multitasking team-player to work well in a team environment
    • Able to follow agreed processes and enjoying communicating daily with multiple stakeholders (video and phone calls)
The interview process:

1. 30 minute interview with the recruiter
2. Hiring Manager interview (30 minutes)
3. Final interview with department lead
