What you will be doing

    • Develop a prospecting engine to generate sales opportunities in support of the outbound sales team.
    • Identify and develop strategies from multiple sources including prospecting databases, data providers, key partnerships, web lists, etc.
    • Research market, industry trends, customer segments to understand market needs and customize sales strategy accordingly to target better prospects.
    • Analyse historical data and current portfolio to identify opportunities and any positive trend to further investigate and replicate.
    • Analyse current sales, contact, communication strategies to improve quality of outreach.
    • Draft hypotheses for better conversion and validate them through A/B testing.
    • Collaborate closely with sales managers to find best practices and ensure a smooth and effective sales cycle to boost conversion rate.
    • Collaborate closely with data analysts to progressively improve strategies implemented and ensure success and growing conversions.
    • Collaborate with the sales enablement in creating outbound sales onboarding and ongoing education methods.
    • Research and procure tools that automate non-value added activities in the sales process, and accelerate the sales cycle.

Required experience and knowledge

    • At least 3 years of experience in creating and/or executing outbound sales strategies, e.g as SDR team lead, sales operations or sales enablement.
    • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from finding the client to closing the dealLean thinking
    • Data-driven decision making
    • Fluent English
    • Bonus points: Experience in using GenAI in sales;
    • Working proficiency in an additional European language

Required technical skills

    • CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
    • Linkedin Sales Navigator
    • Sales intelligence and automation tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha, etc)
    • Bonus points: Data analysis experience
