What you will do

    • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Champion sales best practices within the organization and contribute to a culture of customer-centricity.
    • Understand and love our products, present unique benefits, be a true ambassador of the brand.

What you bring

    • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless drive to achieve excellence and deliver exceptional results.
    • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Passion for fintech and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Must-have: native German, fluent English
    • You put structure into your work managing multiple customers at different sales stages
