About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Team Lead to join our mission of revolutionizing the fintech space. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and retention strategies, collaborating across teams, and building a growth engine that takes our product to new heights. What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead efforts to unlock growth for mass and corp customer segments.
- Design, test, and optimize new ways to attract, onboard, and retain users by analyzing product performance and user behavior.
- Dive into our data to uncover trends, shape hypotheses, and run experiments that deliver impactful results.
- Work closely with performance marketing, SEO, product, and data science teams to align strategies and execute plans.
- Keep a close eye on performance metrics to ensure constant improvement and growth in key areas.
- Build and manage a growth-focused team of 3-5 people, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
Who You Are:
- You have 3-5 years in a similar growth-focused role and 7-10 years in marketing, product, or data-driven environments.
- Experience in fintech is a big plus, as you’ll be working to scale a cutting-edge product in this space.
- Strong understanding of marketing, product, and data science principles, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Proven experience managing small teams and driving collaborative success.
- Fluency in English; any additional language is a bonus.

Cyprus: Relocation package is provided.

Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided.
