About the Role:
If you are a technically skilled IT professional with a solid background in computer systems, software installations across multiple platforms, and network setups, and have a knack for solving IT-related issues efficiently, this position is ideal for you! This role demands hands-on experience in maintaining and setting up workstations, managing software deployments, and ensuring the stable operation of our IT infrastructure.

What You Will Be Doing:

    • Promptly resolve IT issues, provide user support and advice on software installations, and troubleshoot PC problems as part of technical support and troubleshooting duties.
    • Keep the company’s IT infrastructure in stable working condition as part of infrastructure maintenance responsibilities.
    • Handle the acquisition, setup, and preparation of user workstations, ensuring all are configured correctly and ready for use.
    • Install and configure software on Windows, Linux, and macOS for user computers, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functional.
    • Install network equipment and handle network setups and configurations to ensure reliable network performance.
    • Liaise with contractors for Internet services and office equipment to maintain essential services and supplies.
    • Create and manage projects in JIRA, focusing on system solutions like Asset Management, MDM, Patch Management, Access Management, EDR, and License Management as part of project management duties.
    • Develop the tool stack for ServiceDesk according to best practices and standards, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution.

Who You Are:

    • Proficient in configuring and installing Windows, and installing software on Linux and macOS.
    • Expert knowledge of JIRA administration
    • Familiar with the main components of PCs and capable of performing basic PC and laptop maintenance such as upgrading RAM and replacing hard drives.
    • Understands the principles of networking and capable of installing network equipment.
    • Fluent in English and Russian (minimum level B2 for English required).
    • Experience with system administration and IT certifications like DORA or ISO127001 are highly advantageous.
    • Skilled in developing solutions for IT system management and familiar with ITSM tools.
