About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a contractor for initial 3 months contract. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and assessing top talent for positions related to Business/G&A positions. If you are passionate about connecting exceptional candidates with opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You Will Be Doing

    • Sourcing and Attraction: Proactively source, attract, and build a strong candidate pipeline for financial compliance and risk management roles such as Finance, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Service.
    • Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skill evaluations, and cultural fit assessments.
    • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
    • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and compliance.
    • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organised candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the recruitment process.

Who You Are

    • Experience: Proven experience in recruiting for business positions, with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, both internally to hiring managers and externally to candidates.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and adjust to evolving recruitment priorities.
    • Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes.
    • Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and other recruitment-related tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Test Gorilla, HireEZ, Notion, Google Suite.
    • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
