Your Mission
As Product Manager for AI Accounting, you'll lead the evolution of our intelligent financial platform that liberates entrepreneurs from administrative burdens so they can focus on growing their businesses. You'll be directly responsible for user activation, ongoing activity metrics, and overall engagement strategy – ensuring our solutions not only meet accounting needs but drive sustained platform usage and customer retention.

What You Will Be Doing
- AI-Driven Product Innovation: Leverage prompt engineering, machine learning, and AI best practices to create accounting solutions that intelligently adapt to user behaviors and regulatory requirements
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into European accounting regulations to ensure our AI systems deliver compliant solutions across diverse markets
- User Journey Optimization: Apply engagement mechanics and behavioral psychology to design features that drive activation, retention, and delight
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide development teams through the creation of AI-enhanced features that transform complex accounting tasks into seamless experiences
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Use analytics to continuously measure and improve key performance indicators, validating outcomes through A/B testing and user feedback
- Strategic Product Planning: Balance quick wins with long-term AI capabilities, prioritizing features that maximize user value while building towards our vision
Who You Are
- 3+ years of previous product management experience with demonstrated success
- Understanding of AI principles, prompt engineering, and natural language processing
- Experience with user engagement frameworks and activation metrics optimization
- Proficiency with analytics tools: Metabase, Amplitude or similar platforms (events tracking, parameters, basic SQL)
- Product methodology mastery: specification writing, prioritization frameworks, unit economics calculations, JTBD and HADI approaches
- Proven experience managing development teams in agile environments
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
- Understanding of gamification principles to enhance user engagement with financial products
- Background in fintech (accounting experience is highly valued)
- Understanding and working with API
Working format:
Cyprus: Relocation package is provided.
Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or an NIE (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided.
