The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a sophisticated marketing technology stack aimed at optimizing user segmentation, enhancing multi-channel communications, and improving the effectiveness of our marketing budget.
    • This position requires deep expertise in MarTech systems, data-driven marketing, and automation, as well as a technical mindset capable of building and maintaining complex integrations across various platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between marketing and technology teams, driving solutions that lead to measurable improvements in marketing performance.

What You Will Be Doing

    • MarTech Stack Implementation & Optimization:
    • Own the architecture, configuration, and optimization of the entire MarTech stack (e.g., tools for data management, user segmentation, multi-channel communication, predictive analytics).
    • Design and implement automation solutions that enhance marketing performance, improve campaign targeting, and optimize budget efficiency.
    • Identify and integrate the latest marketing technologies to improve the user journey, streamline communication channels, and maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Implement tools to automate user data enrichment, advanced segmentation, and the multi-channel orchestration of communication across email, SMS, social media, and paid media platforms.
    • Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization:
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve marketing ROI, including advanced analytics tools, predictive models, and real-time tracking solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to build data pipelines that support real-time decision-making, campaign tracking, and optimization of user targeting.
    • Continuously explore new marketing technologies and data solutions to ensure the MarTech stack is at the cutting edge of innovation.
    • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Act as the key liaison between marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment of technical implementations with strategic marketing objectives.
    • Lead a small but highly effective team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support on the use of marketing technologies and automation.
    • Mentor the team on the latest trends in marketing technologies and ensure they are equipped to make data-driven decisions.
    • Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:
    • Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems and automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo, ensuring seamless integration with the broader MarTech stack.
    • Lead efforts to build and maintain automated workflows that personalize user experiences, improve customer retention, and drive higher conversion rates.
    • Optimize existing marketing tools and platforms, ensuring that they are used to their full potential, and identify new tools to further enhance marketing efficiency.

Who You Are

    • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on marketing technology, automation, and performance optimization.
    • Strong technical expertise with MarTech tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Exponia, Amplitude, Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience in configuring and integrating them to meet business goals.
    • Deep understanding of user segmentation, data management, and multi-channel marketing automation.
    • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure and optimize marketing performance.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and an understanding of how they support marketing technology infrastructures.
    • Technical mindset with the ability to design and manage IT architecture related to marketing automation and user data processing.
    • Knowledge of performance marketing, data enrichment, and user segmentation best practices.
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to lead technical discussions and present complex solutions clearly.
    • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with machine learning and AI-driven marketing solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization engines).
