About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Director to oversee the implementation of our corporate identity and tone of voice guidelines, manage rebranding efforts, and develop comprehensive brand communication strategies for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the implementation of corporate identity and tone of voice guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
    • Oversee rebranding initiatives for sub-entities, as necessary.
    • Collaborate with the CMO and cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
    • Maintain the company’s brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
    • Work with product development teams to align new products with the overall brand strategy.
    • Provide creative direction to internal and external teams to ensure high-quality brand-related assets.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
    • Define KPIs, measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives, and regularly report on brand performance.
    • Ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies and initiatives across various internal teams.
    • Represent the company’s brand values and foster a strong brand culture internally and externally.
    • Build the team from the ground up.

Objectives:

    • Increase Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition among the target audience.
    • Improve Brand Perception: Ensure consistent messaging and brand experiences to improve brand sentiment and reputation.
    • Foster Brand Loyalty: Implement strategies to cultivate strong customer relationships and build brand loyalty.

Required Strengths and Skills:

    • Proficiency in managing brand identity, tone of voice, and design guidelines.
    • Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and partners.
    • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and derive insights.
    • Experience in managing complex projects within timelines and budgets.
    • Design or Copywriting Strength: Expertise in either design or copywriting, capable of challenging and building brand assets.
    • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages (French or German) are a plus.
    • 5-7 years of experience
    • Experience building a brand and creative team from scratch
    • Worked with at least two European markets
    • Consumer IT services and E-Commerce in the background is a plus
