This is a hands-on role in a strategic business function. A significant part of the work involves working directly with systems, users, documentation, training, and process improvements. At the same time, the role contributes to broader digital transformation initiatives and helps shape how enterprise platforms are used across the organization.
The ideal candidate is someone who is structured, curious, pragmatic, and comfortable working across departments. They should be able to understand business needs, improve existing ways of working, and help turn systems into useful, reliable vehicles for the business to operate.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of enterprise business systems.
    • Work with internal teams to understand requirements, identify process gaps, and propose practical improvements.
    • Help manage and improve platforms in areas such as CRM, ERP, PLM, and project management.
    • Provide training, enablement, and day-to-day support to business users.
    • Create and maintain clear documentation, including process descriptions, user guides, system notes, and training materials.
    • Support smaller projects and improvement initiatives, including coordination, follow-up, testing, and rollout activities.
    • Analyze system usage, process performance, and business data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
    • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and ways of working.
    • Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience working with business systems, enterprise platforms, automation and operational processes.
    • A practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to move from analysis to execution.
    • Good understanding of how business processes, systems, and data connect.
    • Ability to work with different departments and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
    • Experience with user training, support, and change enablement.
    • Basic project coordination or project management experience.
    • Analytical thinking and the ability to identify root causes, not just symptoms.
    • Interest in continuous improvement and digital transformation.
    • Fluent in English, any other languages are considered an asset
