In just 3 years, PM-International AG will train you to become a businesswoman/businessman

In your training you will pass through all main departments: Accounting, HR, Administration, Secretarial Services, Controlling, Marketing, Reception and more. You will gain extensive insight everywhere; you will be carefully instructed and practically integrated. You’ll be part of a great teams. 

What are your responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support across various departments (e.g. Accounting, HR, Administration, Secretarial Services, Controlling, Marketing, Reception, etc.)
    • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations
    • Support daily office operations and general administrative processes
    • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems
    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal communications
    • Support the organization and preparation of internal projects and events
    • Assist in correspondence with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. emails, phone inquiries)
    • Contribute to process improvements and support ongoing projects
    • Perform general ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned by different departments

What are your requirements:

    • Successfully completed secondary education (or equivalent)
    • Strong interest in administrative work and business processes
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Reliable, structured, and proactive way of working
    • Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is considered an advantage
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to different departments and tasks
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
    • Professional and friendly attitude
    • Very good English skills, additional languages are considered an advantage
    • Desire to work in an international HQ with contacts all over the world.
€758.17 - €2,771.33 a month
Salary (Apprenticeship – Administrative, Luxembourg):
Compensation follows Luxembourg apprenticeship regulations and varies based on qualification and age. The monthly gross salary is €758.17 (without certificate), €1,309.46 (with certificate), or €2,771.33 for apprentices aged 18 and above.
