We are hiring a Sales Assistant for our Chief Sales Officer Europe to join our international team based in Schengen, Luxembourg.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operational support to the CSO Europe on Sales, Growth, and Business Development topics
- Daily interaction with European subsidiaries and international business partners
- Analysis and monitoring of commercial performance (sales numbers, growth, recruitment)
- Preparation of sales reports and dashboards for top management
- Support the CSO in shaping innovative sales and acquisition concepts to strengthen sales performance
- Coordination and preparation of sales conventions, leadership events, and international business trips
- Preparation of executive presentations, speeches, and strategic sales materials
- Handling general administrative and organizational tasks
- Organization and coordination of meetings, international calls, and executive communications
- Coordination of correspondence, telephone, and video conferences
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS
- Education in Business, Sales, Management, or a related field
- First successful experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Strategy
- Strong interest in sales performance, numbers, and growth challenges
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken); German or any additional language is a strong advantage
- Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Structured, reliable, and results-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work closely with senior executives
- High level of flexibility, agility, and willingness to travel internationally
