We are looking for a creative, reliable, and flexible Graphic Designer to join our International Headquarters in Luxembourg on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design and adapt print and marketing materials, including product packaging, in accordance with corporate design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Coordinate and implement necessary updates and revisions in collaboration with relevant departments.
    • Manage translations for print materials, working closely with legal, purchasing, and international subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Oversee print production, liaising with printing companies to create high-quality print data and ensure smooth production processes.
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Contribute to brand development, supporting the creation and implementation of the brand’s creative vision across various marketing materials.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to print and packaging projects.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

    • You have 2-3 years of Experience in the field of Design and printing Media.
    • You have a proficiency with design software, Confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) with a focus on InDesign.
    • You have great skills in Communication and Coordination with other departments.
    • You have good knowledge and experience in prepress.
    • You have an ability to balance multiple projects with tight deadlines in an agile environment where speed and urgency are key needs with meticulous attention to detail 
    • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
    • You are committed, reliable, customer oriented and highly organized individual.
